Popular Cocktail Recipes – Make at Home

Weekends are the best for sleeping in and having brunch.  You know that awkward time of the day when you wake up hungry, craving a luxury brunch.  But sometimes, the wallet wakes up with a hangover, prevening you from going to your favorite brunch spot with friends. The next time that happens, invite friends over your apartment and create an impromptu brunch. Ask your friends to stop by the grocery store and bring over a few ingredients. Try something unique, like chocolate chip pancakes.  Here are some cocktail recipes to go along with the brunch.

Tropic Sunrise

  • 2  oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. coconut water
  • 1 oz. white rum

Combine all ingredients in a glad with ice and stir

Walk of Shame

  • 1 oz. Stolichnaya Bluebri Vodka
  • 2 oz. prosecco
  • 5 Blackberries

Mix-up the berries in a cocktail shaker and add the vodka. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice and enjoy.

Iced Espresso

  • 1 oz. Avion Espresso
  • 1 oz. Italian Espresso
  • 1 oz. Soda water

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir. Serve with or without milk.

Eggs & Bacon

  • 1 ½ oz bacon infused gin
  • 1 oz. egg whites
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. honey syrup

To infuse gin, place bacon pieces into a bottle of alcohol and let it sit in the fridge over night. To make honey syrup, mix equal parts hot water, sugar, and honey until sugar is dissolved. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake a lot and strain into a glass.

Bloody Deliciousness

  • 2 oz. UV Vodka
  • 2 oz. tomato juice
  • 1 oz. celery salt
  • 1 oz. tabasco sauce
  • 1 oz. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass.

Mimosa

  • 2 oz. Martini Asti
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • Garnish: stawberry

Pour orange juice into a flute glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry.

Currency Cooler

  • 2 oz. Broker’s Gin
  • ¾ oz. peach schnapps
  • 1¼ oz. peach juice
  • 1¾ oz. mango juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir.

Sanguine Eiffel

  • 1 oz. OYO Stone Fruit Vodka
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters
  • 4 oz. brut champagne

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a flute and add bitters. Add the vodka, then slowly fill the flute with Champagne

Gold Cooler

  • 1 ½ oz Akvinta Vodka
  • 3 ¾ oz apple cider

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir.

Grapefruit Splash

  • 3 oz. H 3 oz. Hpnotiq Harmonie
  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • Splash grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir.

Sake Sunrise

  • 2 oz. TY KU Sake
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • Splash champagne

Combine all ingredients in a glass and stir

Strawberry Bubbly

  • 1 oz. Beluga Noble Russian Vodka
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • champagne
  • strawberries

To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Mix up strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, syrup, vodka, and juice. Shake and strain into a flute, top with champagne and garnish with a strawberry.

Country Club

  • 2 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • Sprite
  • Garnish: lime wedge

Combine vodka and juice in a glass filled with ice and stir. Top with sprite and garnish with a lime wedge.

Red Rooster

  • 1½oz. Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
  • 3 oz. cranberry juice
  • 1 oz. orange juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a glass filled with ice.
